MISSION STATEMENT
In 1957 the following points were established in the Guild’s Constitution as the basis and goals of the Guild. These timeless objectives are still the guiding ideals of the Art Guild.

To encourage appreciation of and originality in Art.

To draw together those interested in the pursuance of Art.

To affiliate with any active group if by doing so, we may broaden our opportunities.

In general to bring a greater awareness and knowledge of Art and an application of this knowledge.
PRESIDENT'S UPDATE - Autumn 2023

The Art Guild's get-togethers alternate between business meetings and art creation sessions on alternate months throughout the year encouraging our members art and community growth as well as keeping the business aspects organized

An ongoing exhibition which deserves special note is at the Uptown Café in their banquet room. The Moose Jaw Art Guild began to display our work there in 1983. On February 10, 2023 members met at the Cafe to display new work.

The guild is excited about creating artwork for the upcoming exhibition at the Moose Jaw Museum and Art Gallery from November 9th, 2023 to January 14th 2024 with the opening reception from 5-7pm on November9th.
